Critical Race Theory for HCI has received a Best Paper Award!

Angela Smith, along with Ihudiya Finda Ogbonnaya-Ogburu (University of Michigan), Alexandra To (Carnegie Mellon University), and Kentaro Toyama (University of Michigan) provide a theoretical basis for race-conscious efforts, both for research and for the HCI community. This article highlights ongoing problems of race in HCI and proposes several actions we can take to address these concerns in research and practice.

Congrats on the well-deserved recognition!
